How much should you tip a yacht crew in UAE?

Private yacht charters out of Dubai Marina usually add a service charge, and 10% of the charter fee, or 100–200 dirhams handed to the crew at the end of a half-day, is the normal top-up. On a shared dhow dinner cruise, 20–50 dirhams per person is plenty.
