Do you tip at cafés in Turkey?

Turkish tea and coffee at a local café needs no tip. Rounding up is a normal courtesy, and third-wave coffee shops in Istanbul have tip jars that go unused as often as not.
Cash or card?
Some card terminals allow a tip, but cash is far more reliable and much more welcome. Restaurant tips added to a card payment often do not reach the server.
