Do you tip at an all-inclusive resort in Egypt?

Tips are not included. Cash daily to the staff serving you.

Red Sea all-inclusive packages cover food and drink, not gratuities, and resort staff depend on them. Twenty to fifty pounds per round at the bar, 100–200 pounds a day for a waiter or pool attendant who looks after you, plus housekeeping daily. Some resorts run a shared tip box at reception as an alternative.
