How much should you tip a yacht crew in Turkey?
Short answer
5–10% of the charter fee
5–10% of the charter, handed to the captain for the crew.
CommonCash preferred
Blue Cruise gulets along the Turquoise Coast run on crew tips. Five to ten percent of the charter fee at the end of the week, given to the captain to share, is the established convention. On a shared day boat out of Ölüdeniz or Bodrum, a small note per person is plenty.

Cash or card?
Some card terminals allow a tip, but cash is far more reliable and much more welcome. Restaurant tips added to a card payment often do not reach the server.
