How much should you tip a yacht crew in Thailand?

On a private longtail or speedboat charter around Phuket, Krabi or Koh Samui, 500–1,000 baht handed to the boatman at the end of the day is generous. On a multi-day crewed charter, 10% of the charter fee split among the crew is the usual convention. On a shared group day trip, 100–200 baht per person is plenty.
